About DeToni Patisserie and Bakery DeToni Pastisserie and Bakery located in Fairlight on the beautiful Sydney Northern Beaches is a family owned business established in Europe. After 12 very successful years in the hospitality industry in Slovenia, pastry chef Klemen Popit decided to expand his skills as a patissier. His passion for pastry brought him to Australia to perfect his skills at famous Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Art Institute in Sydney. Only the best and freshest ingredients are used in our products, no premixes are used in any of our desserts and everything is hand made daily in our kitchen. We maintain the highest standards in the production of cakes, pastries, entremets, chocolate products and French macarons. We stay abreast of the latest in European trends in creating our cakes and pastries with aromas and tastes that will delight your taste buds.
